The mission of River Oaks Academy is to provide each student a diverse education in a safe, supportive environment that promotes self-discipline, motivation, and excellence in learning. River Oaks Academy exists to serve the unique academic, physical, social, and emotional needs of students who are in a special and critical period of their lives as they change from childhood to adolescence. At ROA students will be taught to communicate effectively through the mastery of problem solving, critical thinking, life management, and communication skills. Students will be taught skills, which will enable them to function effectively in, and contribute to, a technological society and global economy.
